ASSISTANT CHEF DE PARTIE  – WITHOUT SHIP EXPERIENCE

Male or female.
Should not be older than 35 years of age.
Should have a least 2 years of upscale/luxury hotel (4 or 5*) or cruise vessel experience in the position applied for.
Must have solid continental cuisine experience (except for specialty positions)
Must have good understanding of HACCP principles.

ASSISTANT CHEF DE PARTIE  – WITH PRIOR SHIP EXPERIENCE

Male or female.
Cannot be older than 38 years of age.
Should have a least 2 years of upscale/luxury hotel (4 or 5*) or cruise vessel experience in the position applied for.
Must have solid continental cuisine experience (except for specialty positions)
Must have good understanding of USPHS standards

Must be able to communicate instructions in English and have had basic people management experience in a previous position.
