ASSISTANT COOK  – WITHOUT SHIP EXPERIENCE

Can be either male or female.
Should not be older than 30 years of age.
Should have a least 2 years of upscale or luxury (4 or 5*) hotel experience in the position applied for.
Must have solid continental cuisine experience (except for specialty positions)
Must have good understanding of HACCP principles.

ASSISTANT COOK  – WITH PRIOR SHIP EXPERIENCE

Can be either male or female.
Should not be older than 33 years of age.
Should have a least 2 years of upscale/luxury hotel (4 or 5*) or cruise vessel experience in the position applied for.
Must have solid continental cuisine experience (except for specialty positions)
Must have good understanding of USPHS standards.
